What causes white stripes on tonsils, pain when swallowing, minor difficulty swallow and swollen uvula but?

no fever? It came on kind of suddenly. Along with those symptoms, my neck kind of aches on the side...hard to explain...yesterday...I had a headache along with it. Today...I have all the symptoms described minus the headache. I also, slept from 7pm to 7am and am still feeling kind of tired.

I want to adopt another babby from a 3rd world country but there are some problems?

Since our government is so incompetent by the time I get my 2nd babby that I want to adopt from El Salvador (which I think is somewhere in Mexico) he will be 23. What should I do? But another one off the black market or make a coalition for change on this? What say you?

White spot on my tonsil?

this morning I woke up and my throat was hurting REALLY bad but only on the right side. I looked in the mirror and didn't see anything and the pain continued so I looked again and there was a big white spot on my right tonsil that looked like a canker sore almost. I don't think it is a canker sore though because I have chronic canker sores and this doesn't feel like a canker sore it feels like a really bad sore throat and hurts when I swollow but not as badly when there's food. I haven't had strep since I was a child so I don't really remember but I thought there had to be a bunch of white spots does anyone have any ideas of what it is?

How to get this baby to enjoy me? ?

The family I babysit recently adopted a 13 month old baby from China. I have not been associated with the child yet. I was wondering what were some things I could do so the baby enjoys my presence and feels safe around me. I want the mother to be impressed and trust me with her child. Any advice helps. Thanks!

Looking for a specific inuyasha fanfiction?

I am looking for a fanfic I read a few years ago. I don't know the author or the title or even what site I got it off of. It started off as Inuyasha and Kagome adopting an orphaned half demon pup which they named Yuki or Yuji...I can't remember. The fanfic was complete and involved several chapters. The story evolved to the couple adopting numerous orphaned hanyous. If anyone has any idea where I can find this please let me know. I'm sorry I don't have much to go on.
